Can someone check out this MSDS, it says it is a solution of 81% phosphoric acid, and it says under ingerdients phosphoric acid: concentration 25%, please take a look at the link before commenting............

The MSDS probably reflects the concentration of phosphoric acid used in the manufacturing process, but as they also have added water, the retail product is more dilute.
To be really sure about the concentration, measure the density, and compare it to 85% H3PO4 as well as H2O, and if the conc/density curve is linear, you can deduce the acid % from that.
