I would throw it all away and write it off as the cost of learning that using a thermometer as a stirring rod is a dumb thing to do.

I say drink it, maybe when the temperature changes your face might go paler or redder dependant on the external temp (I  know I know casper1 would have to be outside for this to work) and your friends will know weather(excuse the pun) to put a sweater on before they leave your house or not

People could say you had a well weathered facesmile

Realistically, what you have is most probably alcohol and a dye.
Not much of either.
It doesn't sound irretrievable to me, should you intend an A/B.

So what you are saying is that you don't think that casper1
can tell the difference between a mercury filled
thermometer and an alcohol filled thermometer?

If mercury came into your solution, consider it toxic waste and do NOT ingest it in any way.

The freebases from Al/Hg reductions are usually A/B'd, distilled and then crystallized. If the coresponding cleanup would be done here, I would consider it OK, but LSA cannot be treated that way.

This is a DMT extraction not LSA but still the typical workup of a DMT extraction doesn't produce pure crystals
and could leave the material contaminated. Even contamination with metallic mercury would be bad
since DMT is typically smoked.
