. . .with VE's most excellent Universal Cure All, red hots may once again come into favor. The hassle and blisters that come with stripping can be minimized with a modified 'paper hole punch': The lower jaw of a metal hole punch was cut off just before the hinge pin and the metal duckbilled tang was cut back to just before the 'hole' opening. Place over the plastic bump containing red hot and punch into container. A box of 96's takes just under 3 minutes and there is no wear and tear on the thumb. Also, a good $70 shredder (the kind that will shread CC's) cleans up the remaining mess quite nicely.
