That roto-vap is the best for stripping solvent and that pH meter will be great for titrating, mixing acidic & basic sol'n. Not to mention access to a fume hood! But think about it. You are probably going to get caught cooking by a researcher coming in late to check on something. The cleaning guy really has no good excuse for 'borrowing' the roto-vap. Or you may get caught driving to or from work with reactants or product in your car. Expect the unexpected. Something is bound to go wrong in the scenario you describe. Good luck! |
