I've been researchin these different meth synths for a while and am just running around in circles.....there is just too much info in here and there's a lot of BS.....I am ready to rip my fuckin hair out if I already didnt shave my head......so give me a gentle push or a hard smack into the right direction please...phillyphil79

RP/I synth done Long Wet Reflux style is the way to go.
There are MBRP and I2 extraction threads everywhere.
For pseudo ... pick your poison. The FAQ is full of pill extraction techniques.
Do a search on LWR, and/or search for Wareami's posts.
