Pertain to the report about that on Rhodiums page. What solvent/way would u prefer for seperating the Mnē+ K+ excessive MnO4-/THF etc. from GBL, would only destillation provide optimal results? Which molare surplus of KMnO4 would be perfect? What is the recent result about H2O2. Does it work as well (evil peroxides?) and if what cat? PS: IUTFSE |

The reaction went smoothly but the endresult was inconsluive. I did not feel like it was succesful just from looks and smell and did not want to risk an explosion in the workshop at the time so the reaction was neutrolized and disposed of properly.)>>> Does it work as well (evil peroxides?) and if what cat?
