Chem. 1999, 42, 4257 The paper reveals that this class of compounds (made from 5-MeO-bromo-indole lithium anion and N-methyl proline O-methyl ester, then reduce carbonyl) , are ten-fold less active than LSD, but have activity comparable to DOI. Speculate that the compounds may have LSD-like effect in man.
