      Iso-LSD Conversion and Potassium Methoxide
(Rated as: Next time use the patent markup yourself!)

The standard method for converting Iso-LSD to LSD is to mix a 1N Potassium Hydroxide solution in methanol with the iso-LSD and then let stand for a few hours to allow the amide to re-equilibrate.
Potassium Methoxide seems to be an even better compound to use for the conversion. Does anyone have a good procedure for making Potassium Methoxide, say along the lines of Patent US2278550?

>KOH is VERY EASILY obtainable and VERY CHEAP!!!

If you have access to LSD in gram quantities, getting KOH is peanuts.
