i had a dream about this actually that somebody was cooking up a batch.
all i can say is that it is good stuff otherwise it would not be scheduled in this manor. it is almost like informing the 'Wario' chemist that there is something good if he is prepared to take the risk.

Does anyone have a synthesis for this chemical?

J. Med. Chem. (1975) vol 18 n°3 p 318 - 320

also what is the dose ?

rodents (NOT humans) get 1 / 1500 to 1 / 1000 of their usual morphine dose

method of use?
IV or oral (for rodents or monkeys). Humans are to stay away from this compound (even if they have a strong death - wish).

Advice: forget about this compound & study the chemistry of psychedelic amphetamines instead !

Cyrax:
some people, like me, enjoy opiates much more than psychedelic amphetamines. I'd highly recommend this compound, as its binding affinity and selectivity for the mu receptor (aka euphoric value) is second only to oxymorphone among well studied opiods.

swim knows exactly what you mean (he believes), but is there any chance of getting this done as a privat person? Swim guesses even carfentanyl would be easier to synth ... Sad

Skip the carfentanyl, even that is too weak (and too short-duration). SWIM disregards what others say is 'too potent', because nothing is if your smart enough, and if you are to have such potent things in the first place, you most likely are smart enough to understand how to utilize them successfully.

Now some would point to George Marquardt for example of when potent is too potent. SWIM has spoken with George, and has identified, along with Georges own admissions, all the problems that lead to such an outcome. Something SWIM doubts others have proceeded to do, which could explain why it seems a great majority view most fentanyl analogs (and their isomers) as uselessly potent, and while they are many X more potent than even VX nerve gas, not knowing the fine details of what went wrong and why and how simple to overcome it is will blind a bees opinion on an otherwise glamorous group of chemicals.

Sorry to turn the topic of discussion to fentanyl. I do not have anything to add in regards to etonitazene, except ive read it to be a very heavy mu agonist, which is a good thing.
