Codeine phosphate to Morphine(homebake)

Hi,
Does anyone know a synth for turning codiene phosphate into morphine or 'homebake' (you know, the brown powder)as its called without the use of pyridine? pyridine is a mission on its own, surely there must be an easier synth.
